Zur Verstärkung unseres Inside Sales Teams in der Leaseweb Deutschland GmbH mit Standort in Frankfurt suchen wir eine*n Sales Support Officer (m/w/d), der/die mit Energie, Serviceorientierung und zuverlässiger, präziser Arbeitsweise dafür sorgt, dass unsere Kund:innen und unser Team optimal unterstützt werden.

Was dich erwartet

  • Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Erstellung von Angeboten (Quotes) und Vorbereitung kundenspezifischer Unterlagen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kund:innen – auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Betreuung des Chats sowie Pflege von Tickets und Anfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Technik und Customer Care
  • Bereitstellung von Reportings und Analysen
  • Pflege von Kundendaten, Reports und relevanten Dokumentationen
  • Mitgestalten effizienter Abläufe und Prozesse im Sales Support

Was du mitbringst

  • Erste Erfahrung im Sales Support, Kundenservice, Backoffice oder einer ähnlichen Rolle
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit
  • Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt – telefonisch, schriftlich und im Chat
  • Professionelles, freundliches Auftreten und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • IT-Affinität oder Interesse an Hosting-/Cloud-Themen (kein Muss, aber ein Plus)
