Aktualnie dla jednego z naszych klientów z branży automotive poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: OPERATOR/OPERATORKA PRODUKCJI

Miejsce pracy: Grójec | Praca zmianowa

Zakres obowiązków:

· obsługa maszyn, urządzeń i stanowisk produkcyjnych zgodnie z instrukcjami pracy,

· realizacja zleceń zgodnie z planem produkcji, wymaganiami jakościowymi i ustalonymi normami,

· przygotowywanie stanowiska, materiałów, komponentów i narzędzi potrzebnych do produkcji,

· monitorowanie przebiegu procesu oraz wykonywanie podstawowych ustawień i regulacji maszyn w zakresie stanowiska,

· kontrola jakości wytwarzanych elementów przy użyciu wzorców, sprawdzianów i podstawowych narzędzi pomiarowych,

· prawidłowe oznaczanie, pakowanie i odkładanie gotowych wyrobów oraz segregowanie wyrobów niezgodnych,

· prowadzenie wymaganych zapisów i raportowanie wykonanej produkcji, przestojów oraz braków,

· niezwłoczne zgłaszanie usterek, odchyleń procesowych i problemów jakościowych przełożonemu,

· wykonywanie podstawowych czynności związanych z utrzymaniem stanowiska i autonomiczną kontrolą maszyny,

· przestrzeganie zasad BHP, standardów jakości, instrukcji stanowiskowych oraz zasad 5S,

· dbanie o porządek, właściwe wykorzystanie materiałów i ograniczanie strat produkcyjnych,

· współpraca z liderem, działem jakości, logistyką i utrzymaniem ruchu.

Oczekiwania:

· gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym,

· dokładność, sumienność i odpowiedzialne podejście do powierzonych zadań,

· zdolności manualne oraz dbałość o jakość wykonywanej pracy,

· umiejętność przestrzegania instrukcji, procedur i standardów bezpieczeństwa,

· umiejętność pracy w zespole i dobra organizacja pracy,

· gotowość do nauki obsługi maszyn i procesów produkcyjnych,

· podstawowa umiejętność czytania i uzupełniania dokumentacji produkcyjnej,

· dyspozycyjność, punktualność i zaangażowanie.
