Poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Kierownik Budowy (m / k ) w Katowicach. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za nadzór nad realizacją projektów budowlanych, koordynację zespołów i podwykonawców oraz utrzymanie harmonogramu i jakości prac zgodnie z wymaganiami inwestora.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Realizacja projektów inwestycyjnych o charakterze infrastrukturalnym i przemysłowym, stacje gazowe, tłocznie gazu, gazociągi.
  • Kontrola oraz nadzór nad dokumentacją oraz procesem realizacji robót.
  • Zarządzanie harmonogramem i kontrola kosztów w zakresie powierzonych zadań.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z wymogami BHP oraz standardami jakościowymi projektu.
  • Raportowanie postępów prac do inwestora oraz udział w spotkaniach projektowych.
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących wyzwań technicznych i organizacyjnych na budowie.

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku kierownika budowy min. 2 lata.
  • Znajomość dokumentacji technicznej, przepisów budowlanych oraz praktyk zarządzania projektem.
  • Uprawnienia budowlane
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
  • Gotowość do wyjazdów służbowych na terenie całego kraju.
  • Dobre umiejętności organizacyjne i zdolność do pracy pod presją czasu.
  • Komunikatywność oraz umiejętność jasnego raportowania postępów prac.
