Хочеш працювати на виробництві солодощів і розвиватися у виробничій сфері? Ми шукаємо енергійних людей, які хочуть розпочати або продовжити кар'єру оператора виробничого обладнання для виготовлення цукерок.

📍 Місце роботи: Гродзіськ-Мазовецький, неподалік від Варшави.

Крім того, ми безкоштовно надаємо житло, щоб ти міг зосередитися на роботі та своєму розвитку.

Що входитиме до твоїх обов'язків?

  • виробництво смачних солодощів від початку до готової продукції;
  • пакування цукерок відповідно до встановлених стандартів;
  • контроль якості упаковки;
  • маркування та укладання готової продукції в коробки;
  • робота на виробничій лінії;
  • командна робота;
  • підтримання чистоти та порядку на робочому місці.

Що ми очікуємо?

  • бажання працювати та досвід роботи на виробництві;
  • відповідальність і дисциплінованість;
  • готовність навчатися та розвиватися. Уже через місяць роботи ти розпочнеш навчання на оператора виробничого обладнання;
  • уміння працювати в команді;
  • наявність санітарно-епідеміологічної книжки (або готовність її оформити), необхідної для роботи на харчовому виробництві.

Що ми пропонуємо?

✔ стартову ставку 31,40 злотих брутто за годину + мотиваційні премії;

✔ вищу заробітну плату після підвищення до посади оператора обладнання та додаткові премії;

✔ вже через місяць роботи можливість пройти навчання та отримати кваліфікацію оператора виробничого обладнання;

✔ для студентів віком до 26 років ставка брутто дорівнює сумі нетто;

✔ договір umowa zlecenia з можливістю подальшого працевлаштування безпосередньо на заводі за трудовим договором;

✔ роботу у три зміни:

  • 06:00–14:00,
  • 14:00–22:00,
  • 22:00–06:00,

у системі 4-бригадного графіка, що дозволяє комфортно планувати вільний час;

✔ безкоштовне житло на весь період роботи;

✔ додаткову компенсацію для працівників, які проживають у власному житлі.
