Miejsce pracy: Niepołomice k. Krakowa

Dla dużej firmy z branży technologicznej i infrastrukturalnej szukamy osoby, która zajmie się zaopatrzeniem projektów. To praca biurowa, w której wykorzystasz doświadczenie zakupowe i praktyczną znajomość branży elektrycznej.

Obowiązki

  • Przygotowywanie list potrzebnych materiałów na podstawie dokumentacji technicznej i sprawdzanie ich dostępności w magazynie.
  • Wyszukiwanie dostawców, porównywanie ofert oraz negocjowanie cen i warunków współpracy.
  • Składanie zamówień i pilnowanie dostaw zgodnie z harmonogramem projektów.
  • Wprowadzanie danych materiałowych do ERP oraz sprawdzanie zgodności dostaw i faktur z zamówieniami.
  • Ścisła współpraca z inżynierami, kierownikami projektów i logistyką przy planowaniu zakupów i rozwiązywaniu bieżących potrzeb materiałowych.

Wymagania

  • Doświadczenie w obszarze zakupów/zaopatrzeniu oraz praktyczna znajomość materiałów i urządzeń stosowanych w branży elektrycznej/teletechnicznej.
  • Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej i określania na jej podstawie potrzebnych materiałów, ich parametrów i ilości.
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z dostawcami i negocjowaniu warunków zakupów.
  • Dobra znajomość Excela i doświadczenie w pracy z systemem ERP.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, dbałość o terminy i umiejętność współpracy z zespołem technicznym.
  • Mile widziane: znajomość teletechniki, angielski umożliwiający kontakt z zagranicznymi dostawcami oraz certyfikaty branżowe.

Oferta

  • Umowa o pracę: 7 000-9 000 zł brutto miesięcznie lub B2B: 7 000-10 000 zł netto + VAT miesięcznie.
  • Praca od poniedziałku do piątku, w godzinach 8:00-16:00.
  • Praca stacjonarna, z możliwością przejścia na model hybrydowy po 3-6 miesiącach.
  • Pełne wsparcie podczas wdrożenia oraz stopniowe przejmowanie samodzielnej obsługi zakupowej projektów.
  • Możliwość wdrażania własnych usprawnień, rozwijania wiedzy technicznej oraz udziału w szkoleniach i zdobywania certyfikatów.
  • Prywatna opieka medyczna i dofinansowanie ubezpieczenia na życie.
