Wir suchen für die Standorte der Frühförderung in Imgenbroich und Alsdorf

Facharzt für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin (w/m/d)

Der Stundenumfang beträgt zwischen 5 und 12 Wochenstunden.

In unserem Team arbeiten zurzeit 70 Kolleg*innen aus den Fachbereichen Kinder- und Jugendmedizin, Psychologie, Heilpädagogik, Frühförderung, Kindheits- und Sozialpädagogik, Motopädie, Ergotherapie, Logopädie und Physiotherapie zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der ärztlichen Untersuchung in Eingangs-, Verlaufs- und Abschlussdiagnostik
  • Interdisziplinäre Abstimmung mit allen an der Förderung und Behandlung beteiligten Fachleuten
  • Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Förder- und Behandlungsplänen und Berichten auf der Grundlage der ICF-CY
  • Bei Bedarf vertiefte ärztliche Beratung sowohl der Fachleute in der IFF als auch der Eltern der betreuten Kinder im Rahmen von Diagnostik und Förderung.
  • Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der Kinderrechte sowie für die Durchführung von Maßnahmen zum institutionellen Gewaltschutz gemäß § 37a SGB IX und im Rahmen des SGB_VIII §8a.
  • Teilnahme an Team- und Fallbesprechungen

Ihr Profil

  • Ärztliche Approbation und abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung in Kinderheilkunde, möglichst mit besonderer Qualifikation in Sozialpädiatrie oder Neuropädiatrie
  • Aufgeschlossenheit für die Vielfalt der Lebenslagen von Kindern und Familien
  • Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Identifikation mit der UN-Behinderten und -Kinderrechtskonvention
  • Fähigkeit, eigenes Handeln zu reflektieren
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Medien
  • Erfahrung in der frühkindlichen Bildung und Erziehung sowie Kenntnisse in der therapeutischen Versorgung von Kindern.
