Aufwandsentschädigung/ Vergütung: erfolgt nach der Ehrenamtspauschale mit 13,20 €/Std. und max. 3300 €/Jahr

Ihre Aufgaben mit Herz und Kompetenz

In Familien betreuen die Mitarbeiter des Familienentlastenden Dienst (FeD) Kinder, Jugendliche oder auch erwachsene Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf zu Hause oder machen kleinere Unternehmungen (z. B. Spielplatz, Kino, Café, Spaziergänge etc.), damit sich Eltern für ein paar Stunden „frei nehmen“ können.

Sie werden sowohl von den Eltern auch als von einer hauptamtlichen Mitarbeiterin der Offene Behindertenarbeit (OBA) auf die Aufgabe vorbereitet. Zudem finden für FeD-Mitarbeiter zweimal jährlich Schulungen statt, bei denen Sie auch die Möglichkeit haben, sich mit anderen FeD-Betreuern auszutauschen.

Über die Einrichtung

Die Offene Behindertenarbeit organisiert unter anderem Freizeitgestaltung für Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf im Einzelsetting (FED) oder im Rahmen von Gruppenveranstaltungen (Freizeit- und Ferienfahrtenprogramm). Wir versorgen Menschen jeglichen Alters. Unserer Arbeit liegen konkrete Ziele zugrunde: die Förderung der Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf bei der Gestaltung ihrer Freizeit, die Begleitug bei der Umsetzung dieser Freizeitgestaltung sowie die Entlastung der Familien und Angehörigen.
