Ihre Aufgaben mit Herz und Kompetenz

  • Kindbezogene Beratungsgespräche mit Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten
  • Eigenverantwortliches Befunden, Planen, Durchführen, Dokumentieren und Evaluieren von ambulanten / mobilen ergotherapeutischen Einzel- und Gruppenbehandlungen für Kinder im Kleinkind- und Vorschulalter
  • Hilfsmittelberatung der Beteiligten
  • Aktive Teilnahme und Mitgestalten an interdisziplinären Team- und Fallbesprechungen
  • Kooperation mit beteiligten Stellen (Kinderärzten, Ämter, Kitas und Schulen)

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Familien
  • Freude am vernetzten Kooperieren im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und flexible Zeiteinteilung
  • Kompetenter und einfühlsamer Umgang mit Kindern und ihren Familien
  • Motivation zur Fortbildung
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist zwingend erforderlich

Über die Einrichtung

Die Kinderhilfe ist eine interdisziplinäre Frühförderstelle, die Kinder von der Geburt bis zum Schuleintritt auf ihrem individuellen Entwicklungsweg begleitet. Das Angebot richtet sich an Kinder mit Entwicklungsauffälligkeiten, sozial-emotionalen Schwierigkeiten und Behinderung. Im interdisziplinären Team arbeiten Fachkräfte aus den Bereichen Heilpädagogik, Psychologie, Ergotherapie, Logopädie und Physiotherapie eng zusammen, um die Kinder und ihre Familien ganzheitlich zu unterstützen. Die Förderung kann ambulant, in Kindertageseinrichtungen oder auch Zuhause stattfinden.
