  • Förderung und Unterweisung der Betreuten im des individuellen Förderplanes
  • Dokumentation der Maßnahmen
  • Pflegerische Hilfestellung nach Bedarf
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Betreuern und Angehörigen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Erzieher (m/w/d) oder ähnlich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf wünschenswert
  • Aufgeschlossenheit und Respekt gegenüber Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
