Ihre Aufgaben mit Herz und Kompetenz

  • Betreuung von geistig und körperlich eingeschränkten Kindern
  • Persönliche Begleitung dieser Kinder im Alltag an der heilpädagogischen Tagesstätte
  • Konfliktbewältigung und Sozialkompetenzförderung
  • Abwendung von Gefahrensituationen
  • Assistenz bei motorischen Schwierigkeiten
  • Kooperation mit Fachkräften
  • Pflegerische Tätigkeiten nach Bedarf

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kinderpfleger (m/w/d) oder Heilerziehungspflegehelfer (m/w/d)
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen bei der Erziehung und Förderung von Kindern mit erhöhtem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Berufserfahrung im sonderpädagogischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Über die Einrichtung

In der heilpädagogischen Tagesstätte an der Pestalozzischule werden Schulkinder in Kleingruppen betreut, deren Sorgeberechtigte einen Antrag beim Bezirk auf Kostenübernahme gestellt haben (§ 99 SGB IX).

Die Kinder besuchen am Vormittag die Pestalozzischule der Lebenshilfe Landshut.

Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeit ist die Unterstützung der Kinder in der Bewältigung ihres Alltags, die Begleitung ihrer psychisch-sozialen Entwicklung und die Vermittlung sinnvoller Freizeitgestaltung.

Die Sorgeberechtigten begleiten wir in regelmäßigen Elterngesprächen in Fragen zur Erziehung.
