Vergütung: gem. Tarifvertrag für den öffentlichen Dienst TVöD-SuE Entgeltgruppe S8b

Ihre Aufgaben mit Herz und Kompetenz

  • Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Konzeption im pädagogischen Team
  • Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote (Freispiel, Ausflüge, Feste) sowie Hausaufgabenbetreuung
  • Förderung sozialer Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung sowie Unterstützung bei Entwicklungsverzögerungen
  • Individualpädagogische Aufgaben am einzelnen Kind
  • Gewährleistung der Aufsichtspflicht
  • Beobachtungsdokumentation und Förderplanung für eine bestimmte Anzahl an Kindern
  • Pflegerische Dienste am Kind (bei Bedarf)
  • Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Team- und Fallbesprechungen
  • Austausch und Kooperation mit den Eltern und sonstigen Kooperationspartnern
  • Mitwirkung und Planung von Elternveranstaltungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung zum Erzieher (m/w/d) oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d)
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen bei der Erziehung und Förderung von Kindern mit erhöhtem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Berufserfahrung im sonderpädagogischen Bereich von Vorteil

Über die Einrichtung

In der heilpädagogischen Tagesstätte an der Pestalozzischule werden Schulkinder in Kleingruppen betreut, deren Sorgeberechtigte einen Antrag beim Bezirk auf Kostenübernahme gestellt haben (§ 99 SGB IX).

Die Kinder besuchen am Vormittag die Pestalozzischule der Lebenshilfe Landshut.

Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeit ist die Unterstützung der Kinder in der Bewältigung ihres Alltags, die Begleitung ihrer psychisch-sozialen Entwicklung und die Vermittlung sinnvoller Freizeitgestaltung.

Die Sorgeberechtigten begleiten wir in regelmäßigen Elterngesprächen in Fragen zur Erziehung.
