Missions principales

  • Organiser et préparer les réunions du CSE, de la CSSCT et des commissions : calendrier social, convocations, ordres du jour, dossiers préparatoires, coordination des contributions et suivi des décisions.
  • Contribuer à la préparation des négociations collectives : recherches juridiques, analyses comparatives, préparation des dossiers et supports de séance, suivi des échanges et formalisation des relevés de décisions.
  • Assurer une veille juridique ciblée en droit social individuel et collectif, en analyser les implications pratiques et diffuser des synthèses opérationnelles.
  • Rédiger des notes, mémos et fiches pratiques présentant les règles applicables, les points de vigilance et les actions à envisager, sous la supervision de l’équipe.
  • Participer à l’actualisation des accords, procédures, trames documentaires et outils de suivi, ainsi qu’au suivi des échéances et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques.
  • Apporter un appui ponctuel au traitement des dossiers RH individuels et collectifs : recherches documentaires, établissement de chronologies, vérification des pièces et préparation des dossiers.

Profil et posture attendus

  • Formation : étudiant·e en M2 droit social ; les candidatures en M1 pourront également être étudiées selon le parcours et la motivation.
  • Savoir-être : rigueur, autonomie, curiosité, ouverture d’esprit et sens des responsabilités, avec une réelle proactivité et l’envie de s’impliquer concrètement.
  • Compétences rédactionnelles et analytiques : capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, qualités rédactionnelles, sens de l’organisation et respect strict de la confidentialité.
  • Aisance relationnelle : esprit d’équipe, qualités relationnelles et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteur·rices varié·es.
  • Outils informatiques : maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et Google Sheets.
