Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous renforçons notre équipe d’Albax Saint Roch basée à Nice, et recherchons notre futur(e) Alternant(e) Secrétaire Après Vente - Assistant(e) Responsable de Site.

Vous aurez pour mission :

A ce titre, vous serez en charge de l'accueil physique et téléphonique, et de la gestion du planning clients, de la création et du suivi des dossiers (logiciel interne à l'entreprise), de la gestion complète des mails, de la facturation, de l'encaissement et de la relance.

Contrat de 39h, du lundi au vendredi.

Mutuelle prise en à charge à 100% (régime de base isolé), titres restaurant, remboursement des frais de transport en commun à hauteur de 50%, prime d'intéressement sur objectifs

Profil recherché :

Vous avez le sens du contact, un bon relationnel et une maîtrise de l'outil informatique. Connaissance du secteur automobile et expérience dans des postes similaires : Carrossier, Expertise Auto ou Service Après-Vente.

Outils Informatiques utilisés : Darva, Sidexa, Logiciels de photo expertise, logiciel de facturation interne, suite Pack Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Traitement de texte utilisation normale
  • Gestion du courrier : très bon voire expert
  • Qualité rédactionnelle
