Čeká vás pestrá práce, ve které využijete svou odbornost, ale zároveň budete své klienty dobře znát a budete mít prostor vnímat jejich potřeby. Pracovat budete ve stabilním týmu, kde si kolegové navzájem pomáhají. Ať už přicházíte s praxí, nebo jste čerstvě po škole, v začátcích vás nenecháme samotné. Co vás u nás čeká?•Budete zajišťovat ošetřovatelskou péči o klienty našeho domova a průběžně sledovat jejich zdravotní stav.•V rámci každodenní péče o klienty jim budete podávat léky, sledovat fyziologické funkce, převazy ran, pečovat o celistvost kůže, aplikovat injekce nebo odběry biologického materiálu.•Součástí práce je také komunikace s klienty a vnímání jejich aktuálních potřeb.•O průběhu péče a zdravotním stavu klientů povedete potřebnou ošetřovatelskou dokumentaci.•Budete spolupracovat s ostatními zdravotními sestrami, vrchní sestrou a pečovatelským týmem.•V začátcích vás seznámíme s prostředím domova, našimi postupy a způsobem práce. Co potřebujeme my od vás?•Ukončené SŠ/VOŠ/VŠ vzdělání v oboru všeobecná sestra.•Znalost ošetřovatelských postupů a chuť svou odbornost využívat v každodenní péči o seniory.•Trestní bezúhonnost a způsobilost k právním úkonům.•Empatii a trpělivost – schopnost naslouchat a jednat s respektem vůči potřebám seniorů.•Spolehlivost a ochotu spolupracovat v týmu, ve kterém si kolegové navzájem pomáhají.Co vám nabízíme?•Práci na plný nebo zkrácený úvazek na dobu určitou jednoho roku s možností prodloužení. •Mzdu ve výši 43 000 Kč – 50 000 Kč hrubého.•5 týdnů dovolené a 3 dny sick days.•Důkladné zapracování a podporu zkušených kolegyň.•Stabilní pracovní prostředí a férový přístup vedení. •Možnost profesního rozvoje a dalšího vzdělávání.•Oběd za zvýhodněnou cenu přímo v zařízení a parkování v areálu.•Vstřícný přístup při plánování směn - denní (07:00–19:00) a noční (19:00–07:00).•Místo výkonu práce Ostrava – Zábřeh.•Nástup dle dohody.
