Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista Agrícola para sumarse a nuestro Negocio Agropecuario en el interior de Buenos Aires. (Zona Magdala - Pehuajó)

Será responsable de:

  • Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño de los cultivos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares técnicos y definiendo acciones de manejo agronómico.
  • Coordinar y supervisar las labores agrícolas de siembra, pulverización y cosecha, garantizando una correcta ejecución y uso eficiente de los recursos.
  • Realizar seguimiento de indicadores productivos, relevamientos a campo y mediciones de suelo y agua para optimizar rendimientos.
  • Gestionar información agrícola mediante herramientas digitales y sistemas de gestión, asegurando la calidad y actualización de los datos.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración y análisis de mapas agrícolas (GIS) y prescripciones agronómicas para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores que permitan identificar oportunidades de mejora en productividad y sostenibilidad.
  • Administrar insumos, órdenes de trabajo y registros operativos vinculados a la actividad agrícola.
  • Será responsable de la gestión y operación de cosecha. Coordinando despachos, documentación y registración de información en los sistemas; logística de camiones, altas de contratistas, ingreso a planta de silos propia y demás tareas vinculadas a la logística de cosecha.

Requisitos

  • Ser graduado de secundario Técnico agropecuario (deseable) y contar con formación universitaria en Ingeniería agrónoma (deseable).
  • Contar con experiencia en posiciones similares y conocimiento en operatoria agrícola (deseable)
  • Tener conocimiento en manejo de SAP/Cencerro, SIMA, Paquete Office (deseable).
  • Residir en Pehuajó o zonas aledañas. (excluyente)
