We're Hiring: Automotive Sales Associate Location: Lee CDJR Wilson, NC

Job Type: Full-Time | Commission + Bonuses | Growth Opportunities

Join our dynamic team at Lee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as an Automotive Sales Associate and take your career to the next gear!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the vehicle that suits their needs and budget
  • Stay up-to-date with vehicle features, trims, and financing options
  • Guide customers through the sales process from test drive to closing
  • Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and referrals
  • Achieve sales goals while delivering top-notch customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
