Dans notre siège, nous concevons les plus de 5 000 produits que nous distribuons dans plus de 70 pays, dans le réseau international des boutiques LEGAMI, dans plus de 500 points de vente dans le monde en collaboration avec les librairies et grands magasins les plus prestigieux, ainsi que sur notre site e-commerce.

En pleine expansion, nous ouvrons nos premiers magasins en France et nous recherchons des personnes enthousiastes et motivées pour contribuer à notre succès sur ce marché.

Voici ce que vous ferez avec nous : 👥 Encadrer, motiver et faire grandir l’équipe (8 à 10 personnes) en incarnant nos valeurs d’enthousiasme, d’écoute et d’exigence. 🔄 Assurer la continuité de la gestion du magasin en autonomie lorsque la Responsable est absente : plannings, organisation, gestion des priorités. 🧑‍🎓 Participer à l’intégration et à la montée en compétences de chaque membre de l’équipe, dans une logique de bienveillance et de performance. 🛍️ Garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle : accueil personnalisé, écoute active, fidélisation et satisfaction garantie. 📦 Organiser la vie du magasin : réception des livraisons, gestion des stocks, mise en rayon, zoning et réassort – tout en gardant un œil sur la fluidité et la propreté du point de vente. 🎨 Valoriser nos produits en appliquant les consignes de merchandising et en créant un univers attractif et cohérent avec l’identité Legami. 📊 Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, PM, IV, taux de transformation…) et contribuer activement à l’atteinte des objectifs. 🎯 Être force de proposition et acteur de l’amélioration continue dans un contexte de lancement de marque sur le marché français.

🌈 Le profil que nous recherchons :

• Vous avez une expérience réussie en vente et en animation d’équipe dans le retail. • Vous êtes orienté(e) client, avec une vraie culture commerçante et le goût du terrain. • Vous aimez encadrer, former, transmettre, et créer un climat de travail positif. • Vous avez déjà participé à des ouvertures de magasin, et vous êtes à l’aise avec un environnement structurant mais évolutif. • Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e), dynamique, et avez un bon esprit d’initiative. • La maîtrise de l’anglais ou de l’italien est un plus 🎧.

🎁 Ce que nous offrons :

• Salaire : 2000 à 2200€ brut mensuel selon profil • Avantages : Mutuelle d’entreprise, remboursement à 50% des transports, titres restaurants, 30% de réduction sur toute la gamme Legami • Travail le samedi obligatoire | CDI 35h
