Build and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and decision-support tools for Compensation, HR, and leadership. Ensure data accuracy through disciplined validation, reconciliation, documentation, and thoughtful review of assumptions.

Pay Equity & Compliance

Conduct and support pay equity analyses, identify potential areas for review, and assist with remediation modeling and planning in partnership with HR and Legal. Support compensation audit requests, documentation, data validation, and control activities to maintain process integrity and audit readiness. Apply consistent compensation practices and document recommendations to support defensible and equitable pay decisions.

Stakeholder Partnership & Program Support

Work closely with the Director, Compensation & Benefits and other stakeholders on compensation analysis, program design, job architecture, and compensation structure initiatives. Coordinate and drive day-to-day analytical and operational support for annual compensation cycles, including planning, system setup, administration, modeling, analysis, and validation. Provide data-backed compensation guidance to HR and business leaders for hiring, promotions, internal mobility, and organizational changes; escalate complex cases and policy exceptions as appropriate. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
