Du begeisterst dich für technische Herausforderungen und arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Partnern und Entwicklung? Als Teil unseres Customer Experience Teams unterstützt du internationale Partner bei der Integration moderner Mobile\- und Cloud\-Lösungen, analysierst komplexe technische Fragestellungen und begleitest Integrationsprojekte von der ersten Anbindung bis zum erfolgreichen Betrieb.

Dabei bist du erste technische Ansprechperson für anspruchsvolle Support\- und Integrationsthemen und arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklungs\- und Produktteams zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben ==============

  • Verantwortung für das technische Onboarding internationaler Partner
  • Technische Begleitung von Partnern bei der Integration von Mobile\-Wallet\- und LEGIC\-Lösungen im Rahmen von Kunden\- und Integrationsprojekten
  • Technischer Support für Cloud Services, Mobile SDKs und Integrationslösungen
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Supportfälle inklusive Fehlerreproduktion, Ursachenanalyse und Dokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs\- und Produktteams als Vertreter der technischen Kundensicht
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Wissensdatenbank
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Support\- und Integrationsprozessen

Dein Profil ===========

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik (FH, HF) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Support, Application Engineering, Systems Engineering oder in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Kenntnisse in Java oder Swift für mobile Entwicklung sowie Erfahrung mit Rest API von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Cloud Services und/oder mobiler Applikationsentwicklung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der technischen Analyse und strukturierten Fehlersuche
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
