ABOUT US

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $200M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining Legora means three things.

- We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

- We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

- We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part trusted advisor. If you want a role that stays static, this isn't it.

Your mission is to help some of the world's leading in-house legal teams get the absolute most out of Legora. You'll understand how legal teams operate inside complex businesses, identify where AI can make the biggest difference, and turn that potential into workflows that deliver real value.

You'll be the person clients call when they want to rethink how their legal function works — whether that's transforming a high-volume process, embedding Legora across a global team, or building the case for AI with senior stakeholders.

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL

- Act as a genuine thought partner to in-house legal teams — understanding their business, priorities and constraints, then identifying high-value opportunities to transform how legal work gets done.

- Own the journey alongside Customer Success from early pilots through onboarding to enterprise-wide adoption, turning initial use cases into sustained, measurable impact across the legal function.

- Design and implement workflows around the realities of in-house legal work — from contracts and commercial advisory to regulatory, compliance, disputes and knowledge management.

- Partner with General Counsel, legal operations leaders and legal teams to build the case for AI adoption, connecting Legora's capabilities to the outcomes that matter to their business.

- Be the voice of the in-house lawyer inside Legora — bringing a deep understanding of their needs, constraints and workflows into product development, roadmap priorities and strategic direction.

- Deliver clear, confident product demos, workshops and training that make the potential of Legora tangible for everyone from individual lawyers to legal leadership.

- Help clients navigate one of the most significant shifts in how in-house legal teams operate — moving beyond individual productivity gains towards fundamental changes in how legal services are delivered to the business.

- Document what works, build scalable playbooks and help shape how Legora serves corporate legal teams as we grow globally.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You've worked inside an in-house legal team and understand the reality of being a lawyer within a business. You know that great in-house legal work isn't just about giving the right legal answer — it's about balancing risk, commercial priorities, speed and the needs of stakeholders across the organisation.

But you've also never been entirely satisfied with how legal work has always been done. You're curious about technology, drawn to better ways of working, and excited by the opportunity to fundamentally change how legal teams operate.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Meaningful experience working within an in-house legal function, giving you a strong understanding of its workflows, pressures and relationship with the wider business.

- Strong legal judgement and credibility. A legal qualification is valuable, but we're ultimately interested in your ability to understand sophisticated legal work and how it can be transformed.

- Tech-curious and product-savvy — not necessarily a coder, but someone who leans into technical conversations around generative AI, implementation and workflow transformation.

- Commercially minded — you can connect changes in legal workflows to outcomes that matter to a General Counsel and the wider business.

- A natural translator — comfortable moving between lawyers, legal operations teams, business stakeholders, product teams and engineers.

- Someone who brings structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity — the calm, credible presence clients rely on when they're navigating significant change.

- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple complex client relationships without losing quality or pace.

- High standards without perfectionism — you ship, you learn, and you make it better over time.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
