Job Description

Le Chef de projet informatique du département Produits & Technologies de Legrand France conduit la réalisation de projets informatiques complexes, notamment de configurateurs produits / systèmes depuis la rédaction du cahier des charges technique jusqu’à la réception finale. Il assure la traduction des besoins métiers en spécifications techniques, coordonne les équipes de développement et les prestataires externes, et veille à la conformité aux exigences de coût, planning, qualité, sécurité et environnement du groupe.

Responsibilities

  • Piloter le cycle complet des projets IT, de la collecte des besoins à la réception finale.
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges techniques en lien avec les métiers.
  • Coordonner les développeurs internes et les prestataires IT externes.
  • Garantir le respect des budgets, des délais, de la qualité, de la sécurité et des exigences environnementales.
  • Assurer l’interface entre les équipes métier et les équipes de développement.
  • Évaluer la complexité technique, estimer les coûts et établir les plannings prévisionnels.
  • Superviser les processus IT et de sécurité tout au long du projet.
  • Participer à la sélection des technologies et aux ateliers de conception de solutions.
  • Gérer les demandes de changement et maintenir à jour la documentation projet.
  • Suivre la performance du projet et rendre compte de l’avancement aux parties prenantes.

Qualifications

  • Formation en informatique, ingénierie, business ou domaine équivalent.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Chef de projet IT
  • Bonne connaissances des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Capacité avérée à rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques claires.
  • Connaissance architecture des SI, hébergement, Cloud (Azure)
  • Expérience significative en développement (web, mobile, desktop)
  • Excellentes compétences de communication en français et en anglais.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la coordination d’équipes de développement et de fournisseurs externes.
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences de sécurité IT
  • Aptitude à évaluer la complexité technique et à réaliser des estimations de coûts.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
