Au sein de la Direction Industrielle et afin d'accompagner la démarche d'amélioration continue du site de Strasbourg, nous recherchons un(e) :

STAGIAIRE ANIMATEUR QUALITÉ PRODUCTION (H/F) / Durée 6 mois

Rattaché(e) au service Qualité Production, vous contribuerez à un projet visant à analyser les écarts détectés sur les lignes de contrôle des interrupteurs différentiels, à en identifier les causes racines et à mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration permettant de réduire durablement les rebuts.

Responsibilities

  • Analyser l'historique des contrôles et fiabiliser les données disponibles.
  • Mesurer et suivre les taux d'écarts et de rebuts.
  • Réaliser des analyses Pareto afin d'identifier les principaux défauts et contributeurs.
  • Étudier les tendances, récurrences et corrélations avec les paramètres de fabrication.
  • Mener des investigations terrain et rechercher les causes racines des défauts (5 Pourquoi, Ishikawa, 5M).
  • Construire et piloter un plan d'actions avec les équipes Production, Méthodes et Qualité.
  • Tester les solutions proposées et mesurer leur efficacité.
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi et des standards garantissant la pérennité des résultats.
  • Sensibiliser et accompagner les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des améliorations.
  • Participer aux activités quotidiennes du service ainsi qu'au déploiement du Legrand Way.

Qualifications

  • Vous faites preuve d’un intérêt fort pour le contrôle qualité, la gestion de projet et l’amélioration continue ?
  • Vous possédez une bonne base technique pluridisciplinaire ainsi qu’en gestion de projet ?
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel – vous aimez travailler sur le terrain en étroite relation avec la production et les services supports ?
  • Vous appréciez faire face à des problèmes et apportez des solutions ?
  • Vous êtes dynamique et force de proposition ?
  • Vous êtes en dernière année du cycle ingénieur et rechercher un stage ?
