Au sein de la Direction Industrielle, et afin de renforcer l’équipe projet en charge de l'industrialisation de notre nouvel atelier sur le site de Legrand Strasbourg, nous recherchons un(e)

STAGIAIRE CHEF DE PROJET INDUSTRIEL (H/F) / Durée 6 mois

Rattaché(e) au service Process Engineering, on vous confiera des missions en lien avec notre démarche d'amélioration continue appelée "Legrand Way" ou/et pour accompagner la transformation de nos ateliers et l’augmentation de la productivité. Dans ce cas précis, vous participerez à l'industrialisation des machines à laver de sous-ensemble métalliques et plastiques pour notre futur atelier Relais.

Responsibilities

  • Définir du plan d'expérience
  • Réaliser une étude et définir l’implantation et l’organisation autour de la nouvelle ligne
  • Piloter les essais, assurer les différents tests et accompagner la monter en cadence de la machine
  • Définir des paramètres de lavage
  • Rédiger la documentation de production
  • Piloter et animer des groupes de travail en tant que chef de projet (Chantier Kaizen, 5S, ...)
  • Assurer la formation des opératrices/opérateurs aux nouvelles procédures, standards et organisations de travail
  • Participer aux activités quotidiennes du service et au déploiement du Legrand Way (démarche d’amélioration continue/lean).

Qualifications

  • Vous faites preuve d’un intérêt fort pour l’industrialisation, la gestion de projet et l’amélioration continue ?
  • Vous possédez une bonne base technique pluridisciplinaire ainsi qu’en gestion de projet ?
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel – vous aimez travailler sur le terrain en étroite relation avec la production et les services supports ?
  • Vous appréciez faire face à des problèmes et apportez des solutions ?
  • Vous êtes dynamique et force de proposition ?
  • Vous êtes en dernière année du cycle ingénieur et rechercher un stage ?
