Dabei verstehen Sie sich nicht als Umsetzer auf Zuruf, sondern treiben Themen eigenverantwortlich voran, um aus Ideen konkrete Ergebnisse entstehen zu lassen.

Sie erhalten spannende Einblicke in die Welt der Steuerberatung und können die Inhalte aus dem Studium direkt in echten Projekten anwenden.

Von Beginn an Mitgestalten

Wir stehen noch am Anfang und möchten Sie von Beginn an aktiv in den Aufbau unseres Personalmarketings einbinden. Dabei haben Sie die Möglichkeit, neue Ansätze auszuprobieren. Kurz gesagt: Sie bauen nicht einfach Content, sondern entwickeln unsere Sichtbarkeit und sehen direkt, was Ihre Arbeit bewirkt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Verantwortung für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (insbesondere auf Instagram und LinkedIn) - von der Idee bis zum fertigen Beitrag
  • Eigenständige Konzeption, Erstellung und Aufbereitung zielgruppengerechter Social-Media-Inhalte (Posts, Karussells, Stories und Reels) zu steuerlichen und wirtschaftlichen Themen sowie zur authentischen Darstellung des Arbeitsalltags und der Arbeitgebermarke
  • Sie steuern und optimieren unseren Redaktionsplan
  • Einbringen neuer Ideen durch Markt- und Zielgruppenanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei sonstigen Aufgaben im Bereich Marketing (z. B. Flyer, Messen oder interne Fotoshootings)

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie sind in einem Studiengang im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung immatrikuliert
  • Affinität für Social Media und Freude an Content-Erstellung
  • Gutes Gespür für Texte, Bilder und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Content-Tools wie Canva, CapCut und Adobe
  • Kreativität, Organisationsgeschick, Flexibilität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Sie möchten dazu beitragen, Steuerberatung zeitgemäß zu kommunizieren und neue Perspektiven auf die Branche zu schaffen
  • Interesse an Recruiting, Employer Branding und digitalen Marketingthemen
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch
