Vice President Group Controlling (f/m/d) ========================================

* Du agierst als strategischer und kommerzieller Sparringspartner für den CFO und das Senior Management und unterstützt fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen.

* Du verantwortest die übergreifende finanzielle Performance\-Steuerung sowie Budgetierungs\-, Forecasting\- und Mittelfristplanungsprozesse.

* Du analysierst und hinterfragst die Geschäftsentwicklung, identifizierst Chancen und Risiken und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

* Du entwickelst unsere Controlling\-Prozesse, Reporting\-Strukturen und Steuerungsinstrumente kontinuierlich weiter.

* Du treibst die Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer Finance\-Systemlandschaft voran, insbesondere im Bereich ERP, EPM und Business Intelligence.

* Du unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung effizienter Finance\- und Shared\-Service\-Strukturen.

* Du führst und entwickelst dein Team und stärkst die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb unserer internationalen Controlling\-Organisation.

* Du begleitest strategische Projekte und Transformationsinitiativen und stellst deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher.

Das macht dich aus ==================

* Du verfügst über langjährige Führungserfahrung im Group, Regional oder Divisional Controlling, FP\&A oder Finance Business Partnering eines international tätigen Unternehmens.

* Du bringst ausgeprägtes Business Acumen mit und verstehst die kommerziellen und operativen Werttreiber eines Unternehmens.

* Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in einem internationalen Technologieunternehmen mit Hardware\-, Software\- und Servicegeschäft gesammelt.

* Du bist mit komplexen internationalen Matrixorganisationen vertraut, vorzugsweise mit regionalen und divisionalen Strukturen.

* Du verfügst über fundierte Expertise in Finance\-Prozessen, ERP\-/EPM\-Systemen, Reporting und Finance Transformation.

* Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Weiterentwicklung von Shared Service Centers / Global Business Services ist ein klarer Vorteil.

* Du besitzt ein solides Verständnis von IFRS, Group Reporting und internationalen Finanzstrukturen.

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Finance, Accounting, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

* Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit, mindestens 2\-3 Tage pro Woche an unserem Standort in Heerbrugg vor Ort zu arbeiten.
