Working across our website, social media channels, digital campaigns and partner communications, you'll play a key role in raising awareness of our programmes, growing participation and showcasing the impact of music. • Capture and share the excitement and impact of our events, performances and projects

This role is initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis while the substantive postholder is on secondment. However, there is a realistic possibility that the arrangement may be extended, creating longer-term opportunities for the successful candidate.

The post is 22.2 hours per week (0.6FTE), and we're committed to flexible working. While some attendance at evening and weekend events will be required to support performances, concerts and promotional activity, there is real flexibility in how hours are worked across the week.

You'll be joining a passionate, creative and supportive team that believes every child and young person should have access to high-quality music-making opportunities. If you combine strong digital marketing skills with creativity, energy and a desire to make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
