· Collect, organize, and analyze project data from multiple sources to support decision-making and reporting needs.

· Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and project summaries.

· Support PMO governance processes, documentation, and reporting standards.

· Monitor project risks, action items, and financial impacts across assigned workstreams.

· Coordinate with project teams to ensure data accuracy and timely status updates.

Required Education & Experience:

· 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, financial analysis, PMO support, or project analyst roles.

· Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba for vendor invoicing and financial tracking.

· Experience using Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, or coordination activities.

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and financial tracking.

· Experience using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel functions is highly preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred:

· Prior experience working within a large enterprise project or PMO team environment.

· Exposure to PMO processes, project financial controls, or enterprise governance environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
