The posting

Every surface tells a story. You’re the one who reads it.

A machined assembly bound for a hypersonic defense system sits under the blue light. In seconds, the scanner captures millions of data points. It will one day fly at more than five times the speed of sound, with no second attempt once it leaves the ground. The scan is only the beginning. Does the data match the model? Has the non-conformance been traced to its root cause? Is the first article truly ready?

The answers are yours to give. You’re the Quality Engineer who turns data into confidence and makes sure it’s right.

Your greatest work is ahead

The environment is fast-paced. Attention to detail, self-direction, and teamwork are essential, and you’ll work shoulder to shoulder with engineers, inspectors, and program leaders who count on your judgment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
