Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑level software development using C++, Java, or similar languages, including design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging of software components.
  • Collaborate with program experts and user‑community stakeholders to design, enhance, and debug existing software, and to develop new capabilities for integration into existing systems.

  • Create and maintain automated software builds and pipelines within a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment.
  • Contribute to software development activities as part of an Agile team, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Feature and Story development, Sprint Planning, Iteration Retrospectives, and related team ceremonies.
  • Participate in team and program‑level demos, including Sprint Reviews, to showcase completed work and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude, contributing to a productive team culture and demonstrating enthusiasm for solving complex challenges.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
