  • Analyze, develop, integrate, and maintain NMCC automation and operations in accordance with community policies and guidance.
  • Support all aspects of current and planned solutions and capabilities,
  • including risk mitigation, analysis of alternatives (AoA), and testing.
  • Help lead the translation of senior management and customer operations and maintenance (O&M) and future requirements into detailed technical solutions, including representing work centers at scheduled contractor and government meetings.
  • Support NMCC core customer hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in an IT operations environment.
  • Develop Lists of Materials (LOMs) for network equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve network faults.
  • Perform equipment lifecycle management.
  • Implement DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and vulnerability patches.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Experience working in large enterprise IT operations environments, including identifying, developing, analyzing, scheduling, and managing IT activities, solutions, risk mitigations, artifacts, and migrations. NMCC experience is preferred.
  • Experience implementing DISA STIGs and remediating vulnerabilities in a DoD environment, including the use of vulnerability scanning tools such as ACAS.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving faults in enterprise networks and systems.
  • Experience analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed technical designs and solutions.
  • Ability to support NMCC core customer hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Linux.
  • Experience working in a command center or other DoD environment.
  • Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity principles.

  • Experience developing project schedules, timelines, and technical documentation for leadership review.
  • Experience documenting work in an IT service management ticketing system such as Remedy.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
