  • Geeft coachend leiding aan teamcoaches, psycho-(ped)agogen en maatschappelijke dienstverleners en versterkt hen in hun rol;
  • Bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit van onze zorg en ondersteuning;
  • Brengt teams en disciplines samen rond gedeelde doelen;
  • Geeft mensen vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt voor duidelijke verwachtingen en kaders;
  • Maakt keuzes rond entiteitsoverkoepelende personeelsinzet vanuit de noden van onze zorgvragers en de werkbaarheid voor medewerkers;
  • Volgt resultaten, risico's en knelpunten op, neemt beslissingen binnen je mandaat en stuurt bij waar nodig;
  • Vertaalt beleid naar een aanpak die ook in de dagelijkse praktijk werkt;
  • Brengt ervaringen en signalen uit de werking terug naar beleid en denkt actief mee over verbetering;
  • Je hoeft dus niet overal zelf tussen te springen. Jij zorgt dat mensen hun rol kunnen opnemen en samen vooruitgaan.

Dit ben jij

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een agogische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt reeds enige ervaring in een leidinggevende functie of beleidsfunctie
  • Je kent de VAPH sector en hebt relevante ervaring in zorg en ondersteuning voor personen met een beperking
  • Je kan complexe zorg- personeels- en organisatievraagstukken met elkaar verbinden en behoudt het overzicht
  • Je coacht, luistert en verbindt, maar durft ook verwachtingen uit te spreken, beslissingen te nemen en bij te sturen.
  • Je geeft verantwoordelijkheid waar het kan en neemt zelf verantwoordelijkheid waar het moet
  • Je werkt vanzelfsprekend over teams en disciplines heen en kan visie en beleid vertalen naar een werkbare praktijk

En vooral: achter planningen, capaciteit en beleidskeuzes blijf jij altijd de essentiële vraag zien: Wat betekent dit voor onze zorgvragers en de mensen die hen ondersteunen?
