Je:

  • Coördineert logistiek, infrastructuur en technische dienstverlening;
  • Stuurt teamcoaches op een coachende manier aan en versterkt hen in hun rol;
  • Zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten, afspraken en verantwoordelijkheden;
  • Coördineert infrastructuurprojecten, verbouwingen en renovaties;
  • Vertaalt ruimtelijke plannen en toekomstige noden naar concrete voorstellen;
  • Bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en continuïteit;
  • Houdt planning, capaciteit, budgetten en risico's in het oog;
  • Werkt samen met collega's, leveranciers, aannemers, studiebureaus en andere partners.
  • Je hoeft dus niet alles zelf op e lossen of uit te voeren. Jij zorgt er voor dat mensen hun expertise en verantwoordelijkheid kunnen opnemen en dat het geheel klopt.

Dit ben jij

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een relevante technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring met infrastructuur, bouw- of renovatieprojecten, technische dienstverlening of facility management
  • Je hebt kennis van de VAPH sector en begrijpt de eigenheid van een zorgomgeving voor personen met een beperking
  • Je bent een organisator, verbinder en doener in één.
  • Je denkt vooruit, stelt prioriteiten en houdt ook bij complexe projecten het overzicht.
  • Je brengt mensen en expertise rond de tafel, maakt duidelijke afspraken en durft beslissingen nemen.
  • Als leidinggevende geef je vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid en grijpt in wanneer nodig.
  • Je kan strategische keuzes vertalen naar concrete haalbare uitvoering.
