Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar e acompanhar a equipe de vendedores e promotores de vendas;Garantir o cumprimento das metas de vendas, faturamento, positivação, mix de produtos e demais indicadores comerciais;Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados;Realizar reuniões periódicas com a equipe para alinhamento de metas, resultados e estratégias;Orientar, desenvolver e dar feedback aos integrantes da equipe;Acompanhar a atuação da equipe em campo, realizando visitas a clientes e pontos de venda;Garantir a correta execução das políticas comerciais e procedimentos internos;Acompanhar carteira de clientes, prospecção, manutenção e recuperação de clientes;Identificar oportunidades de crescimento de vendas e novos negócios;Monitorar preços, ações da concorrência, comportamento do mercado e oportunidades comerciais;Apoiar a equipe na negociação com clientes, quando necessário;Acompanhar pedidos, faturamento, devoluções, inadimplência e demais situações que possam impactar os resultados;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar os resultados à Gerência Comercial;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e propor melhorias;Garantir a utilização adequada dos sistemas e ferramentas comerciais;Trabalhar em conjunto com Logística, Faturamento, Financeiro, RH e demais áreas para solucionar ocorrências e melhorar os processos;Participar de reuniões, treinamentos e ações comerciais;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.Experiência na área comercial e em gestão/supervisão de equipes de vendas;Experiência com acompanhamento de metas e indicadores comerciais;Desejável experiência no segmento de alimentos, bebidas, varejo ou distribuição.Técnicas de vendas e negociação;Gestão de equipes;Indicadores e metas comerciais;Atendimento e relacionamento com clientes;
