Wir beraten nationale und internationale Unternehmen in sämtlichen Fragen des individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrechts. Unsere Mandate reichen von strategischen Restrukturierungen über komplexe Betriebsänderungen und Transaktionen bis hin zur Vertretung in arbeitsgerichtlichen Verfahren. Dabei bearbeiten wir regelmäßig rechtliche Fragestellungen, für die es keine Standardlösung gibt, sondern wirtschaftliches Verständnis, juristische Präzision und taktisches Gespür erfordern.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort Linz eine/n engagierte/n Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt im Arbeitsrecht.

  • Du berätst und vertrittst nationale und internationale Mandant:innen eigenverantwortlich im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht.
  • Du erstellst Schriftsätze, Gutachten, Verträge und Stellungnahmen und trägst dafür die inhaltliche Verantwortung.
  • Du vertrittst Mandant:innen vor Gerichten und Behörden von der Vorbereitung bis zur Verhandlung.
  • Du bist für Mandant:innen, Vertragspartner:innen und Behörden die verlässliche Ansprechperson, sowohl in heiklen Situationen als auch im laufenden Kontakt.
  • Du verfolgst aktuelle Judikatur und Gesetzesänderungen und arbeitest dieses Wissen direkt in deine Mandate ein.
  • Du verantwortest eigene Fachpublikationen und Vorträge.

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und bist als Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin eingetragen.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte, idealerweise langjährige Erfahrung im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht, sowohl individual- als auch kollektivrechtlich.
  • Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1) und bewegst dich auf Englisch sicher im geschäftlichen Kontext.
  • Du trittst gegenüber Mandant:innen, Gerichten und Behörden souverän auf und formulierst klar – schriftlich wie mündlich.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Mandate und in der Führung von Kolleg:innen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bringst dein Wissen aktiv ein und schätzt den fachlichen Austausch mit Kolleg:innen über Standorte hinweg.
  • Du bildest dich fachlich aktiv weiter, durch Literatur, Fortbildungen oder eigene Beiträge, und siehst das als selbstverständlichen Teil der Arbeit.
