Für unsere expandierende Steuerberatungskanzlei in Dornbirn suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die mit unternehmerischem Denken und Leadership-Qualität den Standort im Bereich Tax steuert. Du entwickelst das bestehende Team weiter, gestaltest aktiv die operative und strategische Ausrichtung mit und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mandant:innen vor Ort.

  • Verantwortung für die steuerliche sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung des Klient:innenportfolios, begleitet von einem engagierten Partner, der als standortübergreifender Leader ein Expert:innen-Team führt
  • Betreuung sämtlicher Fragestellungen im Konzernsteuerrecht und anspruchsvoller steuerlicher Themen
  • Unterstützung der Mandant:innen bei Betriebsprüfungen, Investitionsentscheidungen und Gutachten
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen eines kontinuierlich wachsenden Steuerteams – sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch
  • Gewinnung neuer Mandant:innen über das eigene Netzwerk, aktive Weiterentwicklung des Standortes sowie Beteiligung an der strategischen Ausrichtung der Kanzlei in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Partnerschaft

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Rechtswissenschaften
  • Erfolgreich abgelegte Steuerberaterprüfung sowie Bestellung zum/zur Steuerberater:in
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufspraxis in einer Steuerberatungskanzlei, davon drei Jahre in der Funktion als Steuerberater:in oder einer anderen entsprechenden Tätigkeit
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Konzernsteuerrecht, vertiefte Kenntnisse in Spezialgebieten wie Umgründungen oder Transfer Pricing sind von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit der englischen Sprache
  • Solide IT-Kompetenzen und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen
  • Hohe Lösungsorientierung, starke soziale Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Mandant:innen und kompetente Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgedanke, unternehmerisches Denken, Sinn für Humor und die Fähigkeit zur effizienten Umsetzung von Projekten

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein Mindestbruttogehalt ab EUR 90.000,- auf Vollzeitbasis pro Jahr. Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach deiner Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird im Rahmen der Gespräche individuell festgelegt.
