Was gehört zum Arbeitsalltag?

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung eines anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojektes
  • Bauüberwachung gemäß HOAI LP 7–8
  • Vertretung der Bauherreninteressen
  • Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten
  • Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten
  • Durchführung von Baubesprechungen und Projektcontrolling
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und mängelfreien Projektabwicklung
  • Nachtragsbearbeitung

Was ist uns wichtig?

  • Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Bautechniker)
  • Mind. 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bauleitung oder im Baumanagement
  • Erfahrungen im Klinikbau wären von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HOAI, VOB und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit BIM-Prozessen sowie idealerweise Umbau- und Bestandsprojekten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Entscheidungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
