Die LeitWerk Hamburg GmbH, Tochter der LeitWerk AG, ist als Ingenieurbüro für Bau- und Projektmanagement auf die ganzheitliche Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Großbauprojekte spezialisiert. Unsere Stärke liegt im Baumanagement – und darüber hinaus: Wir decken den gesamten Projektzyklus ab – von Ausschreibung und Vergabe über Qualitätssicherung und Konfliktmanagement bis hin zur Generalplanung. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die unser Büro in Hamburg mit Expertise, Weitblick und Leidenschaft als Projektleiter (m/w/d) mit Perspektive Niederlassungsleitung auf das nächste Level hebt.

Was gehört zum Arbeitsalltag?

  • Projektleitung von anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten
  • Führung der Projektmitarbeiter sowie Förderung der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Aktives Management von Kosten, Terminen und Gebäudequalitäten
  • Technische, wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Bauberatung
  • Sicherstellung der Ausführungsqualität und der geschuldeten Leistung
  • Durchführung der Nachtragsaufbereitung sowie Verhandlungen mit dem Auftraggeber

Was ist uns wichtig?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Bautechniker)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten
  • Erfahrung in der Projekt- und Planungskoordination
  • Kenntnisse von VOB und Werkvertragsrecht
  • Bereits Erfahrungen in der Führung von Projektteams
  • Bereits Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von Bauherren
  • Verhandlungssicherheit, Kommunikationsstärke und gute Koordinations- und Integrationserfahrung von allen Projektbeteiligten
