Die LeitWerk AG mit Hauptsitz in Augsburg steht seit über 28 Jahren für professionelles Bau- und Projektmanagement. Mit rund 250 Mitarbeitenden an mehreren Standorten in Deutschland begleiten wir anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte für öffentliche und private Auftraggeber – von der Projektsteuerung über das Baumanagement LP 6-9 bis hin zur energetischen Sanierung.

Wir suchen Sie zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unserem Standort in München als Bauingenieur / Architekt / Bautechniker (m/w/d) für die Ausschreibung / Vergabe in Teilzeit / Vollzeit

Was gehört zum Arbeitsalltag?

  • Leitung unserer Projekt der Leistungsphase 6&7 für anspruchsvolle private und öffentliche Bauherren
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Vergabe- und Ausschreibungsstrategie – im engen Austausch mit dem Projektteam und dem Auftraggeber
  • Digitale Mengenermittlung als Grundlage für präzise und wirtschaftliche Ausschreibungen
  • Erstellen von gewerkespezifischen Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Ermittlung und Bewertung von Baukosten auf Basis der erstellten Leistungsverzeichnisse
  • Veröffentlichung und Steuerung von Ausschreibungen über gängige Vergabeplattformen
  • Werten und Prüfen der Ausschreibungsergebnisse und Angebote
  • Begleitung technischer Bietergespräche bis zur Vergabeentscheidung

Was ist uns wichtig?

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen (Dipl.-Ing./Master/Bachelor), Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Bautechniker mit entsprechender Erfahrung).
  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Ausschreibung und Vergabe (LPH 6-7)
  • Fachwissen: Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert, verfügen über ein starkes Zahlenverständnis und behalten auch in komplexen Projekten den wirtschaftlichen Gesamtüberblick. Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.
  • Sprache: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Planern und Unternehmen
