Ben jij een commercieel talent met een voorliefde voor de Tuin & Park sector? Bij De Wild krijg je de ruimte om ons dealernetwerk van vakhandelaars in Noord Oost-Nederland & Limburg verder uit te bouwen. Jouw missie? Onze topmerken GTM Professional, Silky en Okatsune tot de absolute marktleiders in jouw regio maken. Dit doe je door niet alleen te verkopen, maar door echt te laten zien wat onze gereedschappen kunnen tijdens demonstraties, beurzen en technische opleidingsdagen.

Hoe ziet jouw week eruit?

Je geniet van een gezonde balans tussen focus op kantoor en vrijheid op de weg:

  • Maandag: Je start de week op je (thuis)kantoor. Je verzorgt de administratie, plant je afspraken voor de komende week en werkt offertes uit.
  • Dinsdag t/m vrijdag: Je bent hét gezicht van De Wild. Je bent onderweg en stapt binnen bij klanten en prospects. Je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer van de vakhandel en spreekt de taal van de sector.
  • 1 x per kwartaal kom je bij elkaar met de directie, sales, marketing en engineering om samen de aanpak in de markt en alle innovaties en productontwikkelingen te bespreken. Uiteraard ben je tussendoor ook van harte welkom op kantoor in Roosendaal.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Accountmanager bij De Wild krijg je de volle verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen rayon. Je vindt de ideale balans (50/50) tussen het koesteren van bestaande relaties en het enthousiasmeren van nieuwe business.

  • Relatiebeheer & Acquisitie: Je onderhoudt intensief contact met onze dealers in Noord-Oost Nederland & Limburg
  • Productbeleving: Je geeft advies op maat en verzorgt overtuigende productdemonstraties.
  • Samenwerking: Je schakelt snel met de collega’s van het Benelux-sales team en Marketing om onze zichtbaarheid te vergroten.
  • Expertise: Je blijft op de hoogte van markttrends en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar passende oplossingen.

Dit ben jij

Wij zoeken een collega die spreekt vanuit passie en ervaring binnen de groene sector. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Groen DNA: Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding (niveau 3/4) in de groene sector of techniek (bijv. hovenier of boomverzorging).
  • Ervaring: Je hebt vlieguren gemaakt in de groene sector. Heb je daarnaast ervaring in een winkel of bij een vakhandelaar? Dan heb je bij ons een streepje voor!
  • Talent voor Sales: Je krijgt energie van het binnenhalen van nieuwe accounts en het uitbouwen van bestaande relaties.
  • Grenzeloos & Flexibel: Je werkt bij een internationaal bedrijf en het is fijn dat je je talen een beetje spreekt, bij voorkeur Engels en/of Duits. Dat je open staat om af en toe in een hotel te overnachten voor werk in Duitsland of bij (internationale) beurzen.
  • Praktisch ingesteld: Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs BE en hebt technisch inzicht.
