Le Kremlin-Bicêtre est accessible directement par l'autoroute (A6b), le périphérique (sortie porte d'Italie) et est bien desservie par les transports en commun (métro, tramway, bus, navette gratuite). Elle dispose de bornes Vélib' et de pistes cyclables. Depuis 2024, elle est desservie par la ligne 14 du métro grâce à l’ouverture de la nouvelle station Hôpital Bicêtre.

Ville dynamique et ouverte, championne de la mixité sociale au sein de la métropole du Grand Paris comme le rappelle une étude de l’APUR de 2023, le Kremlin-Bicêtre jouit d’une situation idéale aux portes de Paris et a bénéficié, ces dernières années, de nombreuses transformations. Elle dispose d’équipements culturels (médiathèque l’Echo, Espace culturel André-Malraux…) et sportifs de qualité, ainsi que deux parcs situés en centre-ville. Un marché est accessible les mardis, jeudis et dimanches matins. LES MISSIONS

Encadrer, animer un groupe d‘enfants en garantissant la sécurité morale, physique et affective des enfants de 3 à 11 ans

· Mettre en application la réglementation et avoir une connaissance des enfants en PAI et EBEP.

· Mettre en place un cadre relationnel de confiance

· Animez les différents temps qu’ils soient d’activités ou de la vie quotidienne, jouer et faire jouer

Savoir travailler en équipe

· Etre exemplaire

· Veiller à la mise en place des règles communes

· Participer activement à l’accueil des familles sur le temps de pause méridienne dans le cadre des invitations.

• Vous êtes titulaire du BAFA, BPJEPS, CAP AEPE ou Bac AEPA

• Connaissances réglementaires SDJES

• Compétences transverses requises sur le poste • Sens des responsabilités • Réactivité (situations d’urgence, de conflit ou d’agressivité) • Capacité d’observation, d’analyse et d’adaptation Savoirs êtres requis sur le poste • Disponibilité et sens de l’accueil • Capacité à travailler en équipe • Sens de la confidentialité

CONDITIONS DE RECRUTEMENT

· Amplitude horaire

En périodes scolaires :

  • Les lundis, mardis, jeudis et vendredis de 11h15-13h25 (en maternel) ou 11h30-13h40 (en élémentaire) et réunion périscolaire du jeudi 14h-16h

· Temps non complet de 25 %, correspondant à 401h/an

· Temps de travail annualisé
