We're hiring a Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team as we scale both our B2B and B2C motions. You'll spend most of your time building and maintaining the systems behind our funnel: outbound and inbound automations, lead sourcing and routing, CRM hygiene, and sales reporting. You'll work directly with our sales team and leadership and get an honest look at how revenue gets built at a growth-stage startup. You will report directly to Katie Ostberg https://www.linkedin.com/in/katieostberg/. This is a great fit for someone with an engineering mindset who loves building systems and leveraging AI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and maintain outbound automations in Instantly and inbound workflows in HubSpot across B2B and B2C

- Own lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing so the right leads reach the right rep or sequence

- Own CRM hygiene: confirm deals are getting updated correctly, make sure every new lead gets a follow-up task, and flag reps whose deals need updates

- Track email performance, including open and reply rates, and report results of A/B tests on messaging

- Build dashboards and reports on pipeline, conversion, and rep performance

- Learn and work in our sales systems, including HubSpot, Instantly, AskElephant, and Databricks

- Use AI tools (Claude, n8n) to automate repeatable tasks and improve workflows

- Assist with Sales and Revenue Operations projects as needs arise

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in engineering, analytics, or sales/revenue operations preferred, ideally in a startup environment

- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of 2027 or 2028

- Comfortable with SQL, Python, or JavaScript, or experienced building workflows in no-code tools like n8n or Zapier

- Engineering mindset: you break problems into steps and build the simplest thing that works

- Strong attention to detail; you care about clean data and notice when numbers don't add up

- Able to use AI to automate repeatable work and check its output

- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

- Clear communicator who can explain what you built, and why, to reps and leadership

- Available to work in person in Lehi, UT for 20+ hours per week during fall/spring semesters
