Descrição da vaga

O Lely Center faz parte do canal de distribuição premium da Lely e representa a Lely junto aos produtores rurais, com o objetivo de criar um futuro rentável, prazeroso e sustentável na pecuária. O Lely Center garante a máxima satisfação dos clientes e eficiência para os produtores, em conformidade com a estratégia e a visão da Lely para a fazenda do futuro.

As responsabilidades incluem:

  • Aumentar a adoção e a participação de mercado de todo o portfólio de produtos e serviços da Lely, ampliando o uso da robótica.
  • Engajar os clientes em um relacionamento de longo prazo, com atendimento e consultoria de alta qualidade.
  • Formar e desenvolver uma equipe dedicada, com os conhecimentos e habilidades adequados para ser um parceiro profissional e sustentável dos produtores.

O Consultor de Vendas do Lely Center:

  • Trabalha em estreita colaboração com os demais Consultores do Lely Center, Gerente de Vendas, Gerente de Contas, Coordenador de Projetos, Especialista de Marketing (Sênior), Consultor FMS (Sênior), Gerente de Serviços e Equipe de Suporte ao Negócio.
  • Interage regularmente com o Suporte de Proposições do Cluster.
  • Reporta-se ao Gerente de Vendas.

Qualificações

  • Conhecimento em pecuária leiteira e nutrição animal
  • Formação na área comercial ou agrícola e/ou combinada com experiência em vendas
  • Bom entendimento do negócio da pecuária leiteira e da evolução do mercado local
  • Conhecimento agrícola (ou forte interesse e disposição para aprender)
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal
  • Excelente comunicação
  • Habilidade de apresentação
  • Mentalidade comercial
  • Forte perfil comercial e orientação a resultados
  • Habilidade de negociação e fechamento
