Lely is een internationaal familiebedrijf met het hoofdkantoor in Maassluis, Nederland. Vanuit onze hoofdkantoor werken we samen met 9 clusters en meer dan 200 Centers wereldwijd. Op het Lely Centers worden onze oplossingen daadwerkelijk verkocht en onderhouden.

Lely Center Heerenveen is dé expert op het gebied van robotica oplossingen in de melkveehouderij in Noord-Nederland. Wij geloven in een duurzame, winstgevende en plezierige toekomst voor een melkveehouder door robotisering, engineering en boerenkennis te combineren.

Het team van Lely Center Heerenveen begeleidt veehouders van A tot Z bij het automatiseren van het melkveebedrijf. De veehouder moet altijd op ons kunnen vertrouwen! En misschien kan jij daar wel een cruciale rol in spelen.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Servicemonteur Melkrobots breng jij technologie tot leven op melkveebedrijven in Noord Nederland. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze geavanceerde melkrobots continu betrouwbaar functioneren, zodat het dagelijkse werk van de melkveehouder soepel verloopt. Want op een modern melkveebedrijf is stilstaan geen optie.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Je start je dag vanuit huis, waar je je servicebus klaarmaakt en de planning van de dag bekijkt. Vervolgens rijd je naar verschillende melkveebedrijven, waar je:

  • De melkrobots inspecteert en onderhoudt volgens schema
  • Storingen analyseert en oplost, zowel mechanisch als elektrotechnisch
  • Klanten adviseert over optimaal gebruik, instellingen en preventief onderhoud
  • Patronen in storingen en prestaties signaleert en verbeteringen voorstelt
  • •Storingsdiensten draait volgens planning en je werkzaamheden nauwkeurig vastlegt in ons systeem

Je start onder begeleiding van een ervaren collega die je wegwijs maakt in onze systemen en werkwijze. Naarmate je ervaring groeit, werk je zelfstandig, met veel vrijheid en direct contact met melkveehouders. Met je eigen servicebus ben je onderweg door het Friese en Groningse landschap en zie je direct het resultaat van je werk: goed functionerende melkrobots en tevreden klanten.

Functie-eisen

Je bent technisch onderlegd en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar innovatie en praktijk samenkomen. Je denkt verder dan de storing zelf en wilt begrijpen hoe het geheel werkt.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar, of relevante werkervaring
  • Ervaring met elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek en mechanica
  • Affiniteit met de melkveehouderij en gevoel voor het boerenbedrijf
  • Een zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. Daarnaast Engels kunnen lezen en begrijpen, vooral technische handleidingen en instructies.

Aanvullende informatie

  • Een salaris binnen de schaal van € 2.955 tot € 4.150,- bruto per maand bij fulltime dienstverband, waarin we graag zien dat er vanaf je startsalaris nog groeiruimte is richting de toekomst.
  • Moderne servicebus, laptop, telefoon, werkkleding en alles wat jij nodig hebt om je werk goed te doen;
  • Vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief;
  • Een opleidingstraject bij aanvang van het dienstverband van minimaal 12 weken waarin je de robots goed leert kennen en zodat jij óók nooit stil hoeft te staan;
  • Een organisatie met een no-nonsense mentaliteit waar jij telt en je kunt ontwikkelen;
  • 27 vakantiedagen en 13 roostervrije dagen;
  • Een hecht team en een fijne werk-privébalans;
  • Ruimte om verder door te groeien naar Senior Monteur, Product Specialist of wellicht iets heel anders;
