Descripción del empleo

Para esta posición, la persona seleccionada deberá residir y trabajar en Argentina, y tener disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes dentro de Argentina y, ocasionalmente, a otros países de Latinoamérica

Responsabilidades Generales:

Actúa de acuerdo con las formas de trabajo de la competencia TSS para alcanzar los objetivos del Business Team.

  • Contribuye al desarrollo continuo de la competencia TSS y de la propuesta del BT en cooperación con LINT, brindando retroalimentación e identificando necesidades y
  • oportunidades mediante una comunicación profesional.
  • Es un ejemplo en materia de seguridad y protección, siguiendo las directrices y el código de conducta de Lely.
  • Coopera con el Lely Center (LC) a nivel operativo.

Soporte operativo

  • Ejecución profesional y optimización del servicio técnico (de segundo nivel), con el objetivo de mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y reducir el costo total de propiedad para
  • nuestros productores. El soporte de segundo nivel comprende:
  • Brindar soporte de segundo nivel (24/7).
  • Realizar auditorías técnicas.
  • Visitar Lely Centers (especialistas de producto) y clientes (junto con el LC), según su experiencia y las necesidades del Lely Center.
  • Gestionar incidentes (asegurando que sean válidos, completos y tramitados a través del proceso correcto).
  • Implementa las actualizaciones de producto (obligatorias) y busca lograr el 100 % de implementación en los Lely Centers.

Capacitación

  • Asegura que los técnicos de los Lely Centers cuenten con el conocimiento y el nivel de habilidad adecuados en instalación, mantenimiento preventivo y mantenimiento
  • correctivo. Esto comprende:
  • Preparar e impartir capacitaciones, utilizando el coaching como medio de seguimiento.
  • Gestionar y asegurar el proceso de (re)certificación.
  • Enseñar a los técnicos a mantener sus conocimientos actualizados dentro del contexto de Lely.
  • Actuar de forma proactiva ante señales de que el nivel de conocimiento sobre un tema específico está generando dificultades.

Requisitos

  • Conocimientos técnicos: mecánica, electricidad, automatización y neumática.
  • Resolución analítica de problemas.
  • Comunicación profesional.
  • Capacidad de planificación y organización.
  • Habilidades para capacitar.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
