Een duurzame, winstgevende en aangename toekomst voor een melkveehouder door robotisering, engineering en boerenkennis te combineren, daar geloven we in.

Dat begon ruim 75 jaar geleden met een droom van twee broers in Maassluis. Sindsdien zijn we innovatieve koploper in geautomatiseerde systemen voor melkveehouders over de hele wereld. Met meer dan 2.800 gespecialiseerde professionals werken we continu aan nieuwe agrarische innovaties. Dat doen we vanuit onze Campus in Maassluis, het gebouw met de hoogst haalbare duurzaamheidsprestaties van Nederland, maar ook wereldwijd. Met als doel melkveehouden voor een volgende generatie (ook) interessant te maken.

Jij maakt van financiële complexiteit overzichtelijke beslissingen.

Scherp. Gestructureerd. Gericht op resultaat. Als Treasury Specialist bij Lely ben jij degene die de financiële positie van een internationaal innovatief bedrijf bewaakt én versterkt. Een functie met echte inhoud — op liquiditeit, op risico, op de toekomst van de treasury functie.

Wat je bereikt

Je zorgt dat Lely's cashpositie altijd optimaal is, dat financiële risico's beheerst worden en dat de treasury functie continu verbetert. Jij bent de schakel tussen cijfers en beslissingen — intern én extern.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Cash- en liquiditeitsbeheer: forecasting, cash pooling en optimalisatie van overtollig cash
  • Identificeren en managen van financiële risico's: FX, renterisico, commodity- en kredietrisico
  • Onderhouden en verbeteren van treasury policies, procedures en compliance
  • Stakeholdermanagement intern én extern, inclusief kostenmonitoring en -optimalisatie
  • Aanjagen van verbeterprojecten binnen de treasury functie

Functie-eisen

Wat is jouw ervaring?

Je bent een treasury professional die analytische scherpte combineert met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je wacht niet af je signaleert, pakt op en zorgt dat het geregeld is. Je voelt je thuis in een internationale omgeving waar kwaliteit telt en waar ruimte is om echt iets te bouwen.

Jouw profiel:

  • HBO Finance of vergelijkbaar, aangevuld met circa 5 jaar treasury-ervaring in een internationale omgeving
  • Aantoonbare kennis van liquiditeitsmanagement, cashforecasting en risicobeheer
  • Procesmatig sterk én in staat om snel te schakelen wanneer dat nodig is
  • Ervaring met Cobase, Tableau en Excel op gevorderd niveau
  • Proactief, eigenaarschapsgericht en analytisch scherp
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels
  • Bekendheid met LEAN of Agile is een pré
