Tipo de contratação: Temporário, inicialmente por 3 meses

Horário de trabalho:

  • Segunda a quinta-feira: das 08h às 18h
  • Sexta-feira: das 08h às 17h

Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional organizado(a), comunicativo(a) e proativo(a) para atuar na área de Recursos Humanos, prestando suporte às rotinas administrativas e aos processos de recrutamento e seleção.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas do departamento de Recursos Humanos;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento, registro e atualização de informações;
  • Efetuar a triagem de currículos e o contato com candidatos, alto volume;
  • Divulgar vagas em plataformas de emprego e redes sociais;
  • Auxiliar a recrutadora nas etapas dos processos seletivos, do início ao fim ao que for necessário;
  • Apoiar as demais atividades pertinentes à área de Recursos Humanos.

Requisitos

  • Ter 18 anos ou mais;
  • Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em Recursos Humanos ou Psicologia;
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel;
  • Residir em Campinas – SP.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência em recrutamento e seleção, triagem de currículos, entrevistas.
