Wir sind ein Social Business aus Hamburg-St. Pauli, das durch den Verkauf von Bio- und Fairtrade-Getränken soziale Projekte in den Anbauländern der Zutaten fördert. Wir machen also Getränke, wie sie sein sollten. Jede Flasche enthält nur beste biologische Zutaten und unterstützt den fairen Handel. So wurden schon über 90 Sozialprojekte in Afrika, Lateinamerika und Asien durch den Lemonaid & ChariTea e.V. gefördert. So weit, so lecker.

Worum es geht.

+ Du betreust unsere bestehende Kundschaft im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel (LEH) in der Region und stellst die Produktplatzierung und den Markenauftritt in den Supermärkten sicher. + Du akquirierst neue Kund:innen und begeisterst die Menschen vor Ort für unsere Marken und Philosophie. + Du pflegst die Daten unserer Kundschaft und berichtest intern über deine Arbeit. + Du betreust Key-Accounts, lokale Großhändler und im Einzelfall regionale Messen. + Büroatmosphäre liegt dir nicht und du arbeitest gerne auf eigene Faust im Außendienst.

Wen wir suchen.

+ Du identifizierst dich mit unserer Philosophie und willst durch deine Arbeit die Gesellschaft positiv verändern. + Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium. + Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung, möglichst im Vertrieb oder im LEH – für Quereinsteiger:innen sind wir aber offen. + Du bist kommunikativ, hast ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und stellst dich gerne Verhandlungssituationen. + Du hast ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und arbeitest gerne eigenständig nach Zielvorgaben. + Du wohnst im Großraum Frankfurts. + Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B und fährst gerne viel Auto.
