About Role-

The ideal candidate will oversee both demand and supply in this role where he/she will handle the end-to-end engagement with the publishers and third-party media to manage CPL/CPA campaigns. He/She should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the growth and performance of non-affiliate marketing & other channels like DSP/Keyboard/OEM inventories
  • Identify new channels for CPI/CPL/CPA and manage 3rd party paid media channels
  • Build new partnerships with high-potential partners & aggregators
  • Responsible for achieving the key business metrics for all the channels
  • Set up deal structures, negotiate and close media partnerships
  • Interface with internal marketing teams to ensure a smooth communication flow
  • Thorough understanding of all campaign models.

Candidate Skills & Requirements:

  • Should have a minimum 3 yrs. of experience in CPL/CPA Delivery (Affiliate + Fintech Industry preferred)
  • Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • He/She Should be a critical thinker and a problem solver
  • Used MMP like AppsFlyer, Adjust etc.
