Job Title: Relationship Manager – Digital Acquisition & P2P Investments

Level: Associate (A2)

Department: Direct Investments

About the Role:

LenDenClub is India’s largest P2P lending platform. We are looking for a Sales Relationship Manager with strong Digital Acquisition experience to connect with inbound digital leads and convert them into P2P investors.

The RM will position P2P lending as a smarter alternate to traditional equity and mutual fund products, and help clients diversify their portfolio with stable, fixed-income returns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Lead Conversion: Connect with new leads generated through Digital Marketing channels and drive them to onboarding and first investment.

2. P2P Product Pitching: Educate prospects on P2P lending as an alternate asset class to Equity, Mutual Funds, and other market-linked products. Emphasize diversification, risk-adjusted returns, and transparency.

3. Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly acquisition and disbursement targets through outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultative selling.

4. Client Advisory: Guide investors on portfolio allocation in P2P, explain risk, tenure, and return structures, and address objections.

5. Relationship Building: Build trust with new investors to encourage repeat investments and referrals.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with Digital Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback on lead quality and conversion insights.

7. Reporting: Track daily activities, lead status, conversions, and maintain accurate CRM records.

8. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on RBI regulations, P2P industry trends, and competing investment products.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 1+ years of experience in Digital Sales Acquisition, preferably in Mutual Funds, Equity Wealth Products, Fintech, or WealthTech.

2. Proven track record of converting digital/inbound leads into paying customers.

3. Strong understanding of investment products: Mutual Funds, Equity, Fixed Income, and ability to position P2P as a diversification tool.

4. Excellent communication and consultative selling skills in English and Hindi.

5. Goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

6. Experience handling objections and explaining financial concepts to retail/HNI clients is a plus.

What we are looking for:

Candidates with strong sales experience, good communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets. While experience in Mutual Funds, Equity, FinTech, or Wealth products is preferred, we are also open to candidates from the Insurance industry with strong sales and client-handling experience.
