What you'll do:
- Act as automation support rather than being supported by automation.
- Regularly reach out to merchants not eligible for financing options.
- Help merchants secure personal financing when business financing is not
- Understanding of capital loan requirements
- Analyze business plans
- The ability to perform a thorough need-analysis with borrowers
- Create ROI of various capital options
- Suggest and negotiate terms of funding deals
- Oversee the entire loan process from initial customer contact to closing of loan (Full Cycle Sales)
- Place 60-100 calls daily with a strong ability to convert warm leads into repeat clients
What you'll need to be successful:
- Previous inside sales, B2B sales, Banking, Lending or Financial background preferred
- Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives
- Proven ability to learn quickly, be coachable, and close deals
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Pay: $20/hour plus commission
